During casting, key parameters are monitored in real time to ensure that the molten copper fully fills the mold cavity, avoiding defects such as porosity and sand holes.  ensuring the density and structural stability of the faucet blank from the source, providing a high-quality base material for subsequent processing.

  • Machining

Using high-precision equipment such as CNC lathes and milling machines, key parts such as the internal and external cavities, interfaces, and threads of the blank are precision machined. Technicians strictly adhere to the processing drawings, implementing rigorous production standards at every stage to precisely control dimensional accuracy and surface flatness.

The pressure and rhythm are strictly controlled by experienced technicians, meticulously polishing every detail of the workpiece surface to remove processing marks and minor imperfections. Ultimately, the faucet surface achieves a mirror-like gloss, with a smooth and delicate feel, enhancing not only the product's visual appeal but also its surface oxidation resistance.

  • Electroplating
    The workpiece undergoes rigorous pre-treatment processes including degreasing, pickling, and activation to thoroughly remove surface impurities and ensure the adhesion of the electroplating layer. A uniform layer of metals such as chromium and nickel is then plated onto the workpiece surface. During electroplating,time are precisely controlled to form a uniform, dense, and glossy electroplating layer, ensuring the faucet can resist daily use and moisture corrosion, maintaining its brilliant new appearance for a long time.

Only faucets that pass these tests are stored and ready for shipment, providing consumers with reliable high-quality products.
